The Pharisees asked Jesus when the Kingdom of God will come. Jesus answered him that the Kingdom of God cannot be detected by visible signs; it is within us. Jesus went on to explain that we should not just believe in people claiming where the Lord should come and things like that. He is still reinforcing his answer: the Kingdom of God cannot be detected by visible signs, it is within us.
Jesus will come in a moment we least expect. He may come when we are eating or having fun or getting married. The issue here is not about when or where or how He will come back; it is about being prepared for it anytime! It is about following Him and not turning back.
“In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back. Remember Lot's wife. Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.”
If you are Jesus’ follower, you will be consistent in all areas of your life, in all the days of your life!
